At Mas our philosophy on wine and cuisine is the same. We choose wines from small independent wineries and larger producers with an emphasis on sustainable, organic, and biodynamic agriculture. A great portion is focused on the major wine regions of France, especially the Rhone, Provence, and Languedoc. The rest of the list is devoted to the wines of the United States including California, Oregon, and New York. We look for wines with great pedigrees and wines with history. We look for winemakers who allow the dynamics of weather, terroir, and traditional vinification methods determine the resulting vintage. The great Chateaux and relatively unknown houses exist side by side in harmony on our list covering a wide range of styles and price. Our staff at Mas loves wine, is thoroughly versed in wine pairing, and can add a whole new aspect to our a la carte and degustation menus.
